Unable to Locate Tickets
If you are are having trouble locating your tickets, please provide as much the following information as possible:
- Last 4 digits of the card you used
- Charge amount (per purchase as shown on statement)
- Date of the charge/purchase
- Name of the Event
- Order Number
- Any other email addresses you may have used
Every piece of information will be helpful in locating your transaction(s).
Note: if you checked out as a guest using Apple Pay or Google Pay, the confirmation email is sent to the email address that is configured with that Apple Pay or Google Pay account.
Ticket availability, Venue Policies, Age Requirements, etc are at the discretion of the School/Association.

Purchased Wrong Event
Did you purchase for the wrong event?
Once a ticket is purchased, we are unable to change or make any updates to that ticket. Please go ahead and purchase the correct event.
Then, contact Customer Service with order number of the original purchase as soon as possible, and we'll be able to assist you!
Please be sure to contact us ASAP without using the tickets and prior to the start of the incorrect event.
If the tickets are used, or you contact us after the incorrectly purchased event is over, we may not be able to process a refund for the incorrect purchase.
