How to Contact Customer Service

Our Customer Service team members love answering questions, solving problems, and helping you attend the important events in your life. We are available to answer help requests Monday to Friday from 10AM - 9PM EST, and with limited hours Saturday.

We don't offer phone support because we truly believe it wouldn't be possible to provide the same effective, efficient help over the phone. 

The best way to get support real time is via Champ, our virtual chat agent, accessible by clicking the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page in our Help Center. Champ will present any answers relevant to the topic you need help with. If you still require support after that, you can tell Champ and it will prioritize your request to a team member.
