Our tickets are a simple click to validate via your phone, no QR or barcode to scan! Note: Tickets cannot be printed or screenshot.
To access your tickets, you can either log into GoFan.co or the GoFan App and view your ticket on your account under Tickets or click the View Tickets button in the confirmation email.
When you arrive at the event, select the applicable ticket(s) and select Use.
DO NOT USE YOUR TICKET UNTIL THE EVENT STAFF HAS CONFIRMED IT IS VALID.
Once you use your ticket, it will appear as "used"
How to Use GoFan Tickets as a Group
If you are attending an event with a group, you are not required to enter the event at the same time.
Tickets, even on the same order, can be used separately. Simply select the number of tickets to be used or the original purchaser of the tickets has the option to transfer tickets to other members of the group.
