For best results, we recommend creating a GoFan account so tickets will appear in your account, as well as being emailed to you.
Guest checkouts often are subject to typos, and any guest checkout with ApplePay or GooglePay will automatically send the email address configured on that ApplePay or GooglePay account, even if that's an email you no longer have access to.
Access Tickets by Creating an Account
Even if you checked out as a guest, you can access your GoFan tickets directly on GoFan.co, iOS app or Android App by creating an account with the email address used for the purchase.
Follow these steps to create a GoFan account and access your tickets:
Visit GoFan.co on desktop, mobile browser, iOS app, or Android App
On desktop: select the menu in the top left-hand corner and select Sign Up
On a mobile browser or the iOS app, select More on the bottom right-hand corner and select Sign Up
Create an account with the email address you used to purchase. You can do this even if have you used guest checkout!
Select the Tickets button to view and manage your tickets for upcoming events

If you are unsure of what email address your tickets were sent to, or are still unable to access and view your tickets, please engage with our chat service (bottom right) or send a ticket (link at bottom) for help.
Please provide as much the following information as possible:
- Last 4 digits of the card you used
- Charge amount (per transaction as shown on statement)
- Date of the charge/purchase
- Name of the Event
- Any other email addresses you may have used
All this information will be helpful in locating your transaction(s) so we can help you access your tickets.
