If you checked out as a guest, you may still need to create a new account.
With a GoFan account, all signed in purchases tickets will appear in your account as well as be emailed to the email address used as your GoFan login.
Guest checkouts often are subject to typos, and any guest checkouts using Apple Pay or Google Pay will send to the email address configured on the Apple Pay or Google Pay account even if that is not an email address you have access to.
Create a GoFan Account
GoFan accounts can be created on a computer or mobile browser at GoFan.co or from the iOS App.
Once you have created your GoFan account, any purchases made while signed in will be sent to that email address. Your tickets and passes will also be accessible from any phone or table with an internet connection.

After you enter the email address associated with your account, a password reset link will be sent to your email shortly.
Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders if you have not received your reset link.
Error Message: Enter a Valid Email Address
You may see an error "Enter a valid email address" when logging in or creating a new account. This error displays when GoFan does not recognize the format of your email.
The most common reason for this error is with auto-fill. Sometimes, your browser or phone auto-fill will add a space at the end of your email.
For example, there is a space added at the end of the email below.
When this happens, the message "Enter a valid email address" is displayed
When there are no spaces the error should no longer be displayed.
You may need to check before and after your email address for any extra/invisible characters or spaces.
GoFan does not have any domain restrictions that will display this error.
Forgot Password Error
You may see the message: The email address you've entered does not match any account.
Even if you have received an email confirmation from GoFan, you may have previously checked out as a guest.
If you encounter this message while trying to reset your password, please try creating a GoFan account.
