Easily find, view, and use tickets to your events, all on your mobile device.
Tickets generally cannot be print-outs or screenshots. Most events are mobile-only and require a smartphone for entry. If you don't have a smartphone, we recommend transferring your ticket to an attendee who does in order to gain entry.
Schools or associations may allow certain events to use a QR code, which can be printed or a screenshot. If this is the case for your event, you will receive an email confirmation with your printable tickets, which you can also print from your GoFan account.
How to Access Your Tickets
To access all of your past and upcoming ticket purchases, log in through GoFan.co or the GoFan App and click Tickets under your account.
You can also click the View Ticket button in your order confirmation email. Don't see your confirmation email?
When you arrive at the event, select the applicable ticket(s) and click Use.
Once you use your ticket, it will appear as Used.
Do not mark your ticket as Used until event staff has confirmed it is valid.
How to Use Tickets as a Group
If you are attending an event with a group, you are not required to enter the event at the same time.
Tickets from the same order can be used separately. From the Tickets page of your account, simply select which tickets in your group you are using.
The original purchaser of the tickets also has the option to transfer tickets to other members of the group. See our guide How to Transfer Tickets for complete details and instructions.
Issues Using Tickets
I can't find my order confirmation email
If you can't find your order confirmation email, check your inbox and spam folders for receipts@gofan.co.
Guest checkouts are often subject to typos, and any guest checkout with ApplePay or GooglePay will automatically send to the email address configured on that ApplePay or GooglePay account, even if that's an email you no longer have access to.
If you can't find your confirmation email or don't have access to the account it was sent to, you can create a GoFan account with the email address you purchased the tickets with and they will appear there.
If you are unsure of what email address your tickets were sent to, or are still unable to access and view your tickets, Contact Customer Service.
I used my ticket before the event
If you accidentally redeem or use your ticket before an event, please submit a support request with your order number immediately. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email from GoFan.
Our support team will be able to reset the ticket for you and give you access to the event.
GoFan's hours are 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST. If you accidentally redeemed your ticket after hours, please show your redeemed ticket to the ticket taker at the event with the timestamp.
I can't see my tickets
If you click View My Tickets and are unable to view tickets, or see a blank screen, we recommend clearing the cache on your device or trying another device or browser.
Clear cache on iPhone, Android, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
Are my tickets still valid if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?
Any tickets purchased for an event will reflect event updates, including rescheduling of date and/or time so that your ticket will remain valid.
If are unable to attend a changed or rescheduled event, the school can complete a Fan Refund Request on your behalf.
The host school/association is responsible for notifying GoFan if an event has been cancelled, at which point we will issue refunds for all tickets purchased for that event. If your event was cancelled and refunds have been approved, you will receive an email notification.
If you received a cancellation email and have not received your refund, then we are still waiting on the school to complete the process. It may help to follow up with the school directly.
Can I use my ticket for a different event?
Ticket purchases are tied to a specific event and you will not be able to change your tickets to a different event. See above if your original event was rescheduled or cancelled.
