Transferring is an easy way to give your ticket to someone else, whether they're going instead of you, you purchased it for them, or you're giving your ticket to a member of your group who is entering the event at a different time than you.
Please note that tickets cannot be transferred to different events.
How to Transfer Tickets
Access your tickets from the Tickets page in your GoFan account or from your confirmation email.

Click Transfer on the event for which you'd like to transfer tickets.
Alternatively, you can select View my X tickets to see all your tickets for that event and then choose Transfer in the top right.
You can manually select the tickets you want to transfer and then Transfer X tickets underneath.
If you'd like to transfer all of the tickets you have for the event, click Transfer all in the top right.
When you transfer a ticket, a public link is generated for that selected ticket. You will see a pop-up window where you can copy the link, directly email it to someone, or open it up in your browser.
Once you copy, email, or open the link, the ticket is marked as transferred, regardless whether the link was actually shared.
You can share the transferred ticket link as many times as you need and you can still access the tickets from your GoFan account or your original order confirmation email.
Using a Transferred Ticket
Transferred tickets will not appear in a recipient's GoFan account, if they have one. They must use the ticket through the link shared with them.
Anyone who has access to the link will be able to use the ticket or further transfer it to someone else. Transferring the ticket will not automatically use or redeem it. A ticket can only be used once, whether by you or who you've transferred it to.
