Why Create an Account?
For the best experience buying and managing tickets for events, we recommend creating a GoFan account. When signed in, all purchased tickets will appear in your account and be emailed to the address used as your GoFan login.
Guest checkouts are still required to manually enter an email address, and these can be subject to typos. Additionally, any guest checkouts using Apple Pay or Google Pay will send an order confirmation to the email address configured on those accounts, even if that is an email address you no longer have access to.
How to Create an Account
GoFan accounts can be created on a computer or mobile browser at GoFan.co or from the mobile app.
Enter your preferred email address and password.
Passwords must be 8-20 characters in length, contain 1 lowercase letter, 1 capital letter, and 1 number.
Your tickets and passes will be accessible in your account from any phone or table with an internet connection.
How to Sign In to Your Account
Sign in through the mobile app or online on the GoFan Sign In page.
How to Reset Your Password
You can reset your password at any time from the Password Reset page.
After you enter the email address associated with your account, a password reset link will be sent to your email.
Please be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you have not received your reset link.
How to Receive Ticket Notifications
You will automatically receive email reminders for your events two hours before they start.
You can also choose to receive your event tickets in a text message to your phone number two hours before your event starts. This ensures that you can easily present your tickets from your mobile device when you get to your event.
To start receiving text notifications, or to change the phone number associated with your account, sign in to your GoFan.co account.
Click the profile menu in the upper-left corner.
From the profile menu, click Notifications. You can also click here.
Here you'll see the email to which you're receiving event reminder emails. To receive your tickets to your mobile device, enter your phone number and click Text Me.
If you need to change or update the phone number where you receive your tickets, simply click Edit next to the existing phone number.
To stop receiving text alerts from GoFan, delete the number from the box and then click Stop Texts.
Account Issues and Questions
Can I delete my account?
To delete your GoFan account permanently, please use the GoFan mobile app. You cannot delete your account from GoFan.co on a web browser or mobile browser.
In the mobile app, click the Profile icon from the bottom menu.
Next, click More Resources.
Then click Delete account.
You will be asked to type DELETE MY ACCOUNT in the pop-up to confirm that you will be deleting your account permanently and will have all data removed from GoFan's systems. Click OK to proceed.
Can I change my email address?
At this time, the email address associated with your account cannot be changed. If you need to use a different email address to manage your tickets, please create a new account.
If you used Google Pay or Apple Pay to purchase tickets, the order confirmation email will be sent to the email on those accounts. See our guide How to Buy Tickets for Events for more information.
Enter a valid email address
GoFan does not have any domain restrictions that will display this error, meaning any valid email address you input should be accepted.
If you see the error "Enter a valid email address" when logging in or creating a new account, GoFan does not recognize the format of your email.
The most common reason for this error is with auto-fill, which will sometimes add spaces in the email field.
When there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the email, the error should resolve.
The email address you've entered does not match any account
When trying to reset your password, if you encounter this message, you may not have an existing account. Even if you previously received an order confirmation email, you likely checked out as a guest, which does not create an account automatically.
If you encounter this message while trying to reset your password, please try creating a GoFan account.
Can I save a payment method?
GoFan does not keep credit card information on file. You will need to input your credit card details each time you make a purchase on GoFan. You may use Apple Pay or Google Pay to make a purchase and enter your credit card details automatically in your browser or mobile device, but you will need to manage your card information directly through those providers.
