What is reserved seating?
GoFan's Reserved Seating feature allows you to purchase assigned seats to your school's athletic, performing arts, or special events. Depending on your school's options, you can purchase reserved seats for single events or entire seasons.
If you've purchased a reserved seating season, your school will notify you with an offer to renew your seats for the next season.
The renewal notification is sent by email from support@gofan.co.
What is the best way to purchase tickets?
For the best seat selection, we recommend purchasing tickets on a desktop or laptop computer. After purchasing, you can easily access your tickets on your mobile device through your confirmation email or by logging into the GoFan app.

How can I access my tickets after purchasing them?
After purchasing, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to access your season tickets. For easier access, create an account on GoFan.co using the same email. If you create an account later, log in with that email to access your tickets. If you don’t create an account, keep your confirmation email for ticket access throughout the season.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes. After purchasing, you can easily transfer tickets for each game to others. You can transfer via text or email. To transfer your tickets, first, access your tickets via the link in your email confirmation. Select which tickets should be transferred, select the Transfer ticket on the top right-hand corner.

Can I only renew some of my seats?
If you don't want to renew all of your previously reserved seats, you can easily remove any unwanted seats before completing your purchase. Simply click the trash can icon next to each ticket to delete it.
Can I move my seats?
The best option is to decline your renewal offer and purchase your seats elsewhere. Alternatively, you can renew your seats and then contact the school to request a seat change.
Can I add more seats to my renewal?
It would be best to contact your school to make that request.
Can I decline my renewal?
You can choose to decline your reserved seating renewal.
If don't renew your tickets by the deadline, your seats will be released to the public.
