Using GoFan Tickets
Your Phone is your ticket! Tickets cannot be printed or screenshot.
GoFan tickets do not have QR codes or barcodes to scan. Our tickets are a simple click to validate!
To access your tickets, you can either log into GoFan.co or the GoFan App and view your ticket on your account or click the View Tickets button in the confirmation email.
When you arrive at the event, select the tickets you want to validate and select Use.
DO NOT USE YOUR TICKET UNTIL THE EVENT STAFF HAS CONFIRMED IT IS VALID.
Once you use your ticket, it will appear as "redeemed"

As a Group
If you are attending an event with a group, you are not required to enter the event at the same time.
Tickets, even on the same order, can be "used" separately.
The original purchaser of the tickets has the option to transfer tickets to other members of the group.
