GoFan maintains a strict no-refund policy.
Ticket sales, whether the tickets were used or not, belong to the event organizer.
Tickets are event specific and cannot be modified or adjusted after purchase.
If an event was cancelled, the school or association managing the event can choose to issue refunds. Once the event cancellation is finalized in our system, refund notices and refunds will be automatically processed.

Cannot use your tickets? Transfer them to a friend!
If you cannot use your tickets, you have the option to transfer those tickets to another fan!
